• Start as a main instrument of Disaster Management work after establish Disaster Management Department in Shantikunj in 17 june2008. 
• Organize as a main instrument “Disaster Management National Workshop” in Shantikunj Dated on 17-19 Nov 2008.

1. Participated in ToT on" Gender Mainstreaming in Disaster Risk Management" aegis of Risk Management Program in joint venture of MHA & UNDP in Dehradun During 29-31 July 2008.
   
2. Participated in the interactive workshop on "Hazards Identification &  Risk Assessment" organized by Federation of Indian chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) & Disaster Management Institute (DMI) in Ahemedabad on 11-12 Dec 2008.
3. Participated in ToT on "Total Sanitation Campaign on Community Based Demand Driven Approach" organized by Key Resource Centre, Centre for Good Governance Uttarakhand Academy of Administration, Nainital (U.K) Dated from 27-31 Jan 2009.
